Terms of use
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of crmlooker.com (the “site”), operated by CRMlooker. By using the site, you agree to them.
Information only
The site publishes general information, reviews, comparisons and pricing for CRM software. It isn't legal, financial or professional advice. Confirm decisions with the vendor and your own advisors.
Consultations
Requesting a consultation doesn't create a client relationship. Any advisory engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Our advice concerns software selection, pricing and planning; it isn't legal, tax or compliance advice, and you remain responsible for your purchasing decisions and contracts.
Accuracy of prices and features
We check prices regularly and show the date we last verified them. Vendors change prices, plans and features without notice, and figures marked as estimates come from third-party sources. Always confirm with the vendor before you buy.
Vendors and referral links
CRM vendors are independent companies. We don't control their products, pricing, contracts or conduct, and your agreement with a vendor is between you and the vendor. Some links are referral links that may earn us a fee; this never changes which products we list or recommend. See our methodology.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site or its data without written permission.
- Don't interfere with the site's security or operation.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, data compilations and branding belong to CRMlooker or its licensors. Product and company names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRMlooker isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses from your use of the site or dealings with any vendor. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Courts in Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Questions: legal@crmlooker.com. See also our privacy policy.
